Skills  

·         Mid-level (minimum 5 years technical computer support experience)

·         Must demonstrate basic network skills, including. TCP/IP, routing, firewalls and back-up/recovery experience

·         Security Clearance is not a requirement for this position.

·         The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft based technologies:

• Windows 2003/2008 Server
• Small Business Server,
• Exchange 2003/2007/2010
  Sonicwall Firewall
• Sharepoint
• SQL Server
• MS Office skills in a systems implementation and/or systems administration role
• WAN/LAN design/support

Responsibilities

The selected candidates will work independently and small groups on multiple projects. This position is approximately 25% onsite client support and 75% remote Network management. Travel expenses are reimbursed.

This individual will interact with clients and possess excellent oral and written communication skills are imperative.

The primary responsibility of the Network Administrator is the technical day-to-day support of the clients computer systems. This multi-faceted role entails cross tier support of system administration, network knowledge, business applications, e-mail system and filters, virus detection systems, firewalls,  and Smartphone.
