AEA offers service plans for on-going, managed network service which can be tailored to your exact needs, offer you predictable costs, and a committed level of service.  When you subscribe to one of our ongoing service plans, you get a team dedicated to serving you:

Your engineer is selected for his or her knowledge of the technologies you have or need. Each visit, your designated engineer will come to your site, and do long term proactive care, as well as address any issues that you have over time. 

The engineer will visit your site on a regular basis. During that visit, your systems will be checked for potential problems. Then any projects and tasks will be addressed. This includes advice and training for your users.

Your engineer learns your environment, so they can support you better—even over the phone. Your engineer will get to know you, and you will get to know your engineer. You get the understanding and continuity only possible by having the same person serve you consistently.


Every visit, your engineer will check the most critical item on your network: your backups. Logs are reviewed to determine if there are any issues at all with your backup. Periodically, we do a test restore to ensure that your backups are reliable.  Also, your engineer investigates any system trouble and strange settings or parameters. Many times we can prevent major system crashes. Many more times, we can alert you to potential issues before they become real problems.

At least once a month, your engineer will install critical software updates, review general system status, error logs, available drive space, virus definition files, firewall status, and so forth. We record key  statistics, so that we can recognize trends and give you pro-active advice.

Your Account manager is dedicated to strategically matching your technology to your business. Your account manager can help you with long term planning, setting up projects, and in general, doing everything we can to give you the service you need.

The Account Manager will meet with you quarterly and help you achieve your business goals through technology—that is, we help you manage the technology to make your business more effective.
